Dog Collars
Our collars come in a wide variety of patterns and are offered in four sizes ranging from X-Small to Large. Each collar is handmade in Cape Town with light weight polyester webbing and applied 100% cotton shweshwe fabric, a black side release buckle, high endurance thread and a metal D-ring.
Dog Leads
Our leads are available in a wide variety of patterns and also come in three sizes to match the size of your collar. Each lead is handmade in Cape Town with light weight polyester webbing and applied 100% cotton shweshwe fabric, high endurance thread, a metal D-ring to easily clip the lead around your chest when walking your dog off lead, and a metal snap hook.
Harnesses
Our H-harnesses come in three sizes ranging from Small to Large. Harnesses are adjustable in three places to ensure an optimal fit. The design doubles as a colour code to facilitate putting the harness on. Each harness is handmade in Cape Town with light weight polyester webbing and applied 100% cotton Shweshwe fabric, a black side release buckle, high endurance thread, and metal D- and O-Rings.
Children's Book
Illustrated by 9-year-old Zosia Ann Covarr and written by Mélanie Hrabar, Lila – the sassy little dog who wants to fly is a story about dreaming big and staying true to who you are. A percentage of the profits are donated to selected animal welfare organisations in South Africa. The book is printed on 100% recycled paper by a Carbon Neutral Printer in Cape Town.
Cat Collars
Our cat collars are fitted with safety release buckles to ensure your kitty can’t get caught in a sticky situation. Each collar is handmade in Cape Town with a light weight polyester webbing and 100% cotton Shweshwe fabric, a black safety release buckle, high endurance thread, and a black metal D-Ring.
Poo Packet Pouches
Our Poo Packet Pouches can clip onto the D-Ring of our leads so that you will always have a packet handy to clean up your pooch's dirty business. Pouches are handmade in Cape Town with 100% cotton Shweshwe fabric and a silver hook.
Shop online
Visit our online shop and chose your fur-friend’s Kumpel product. We take both local and international orders. A flat rate of 40 Rand is charged for all orders within South Africa. Local pick-ups at our Noordhoek based workshop are possible. A percentage of your purchase will be donated to selected animal welfare organisations.

Animals
We are passionate supporters of animal welfare organisations. With every purchase you make, we will donate a product from our charity range to a selected NPO.
All our pet models are rescue dogs.
Dogs featuring in our gallery are all rescues from local Cape Town shelters looking for a home.
Environment
Most of our materials such as webbing, fabrics and threads are manufactured locally.
Packaging is kept to a minimum & is plastic free.
To minimize material wastage, we donate flawed products that do not meet aesthetic quality standards but are functional and safe to use to animal welfare organisations.
